You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine Passport, UMID, PhilSys National ID, or Driver's Licence) and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or account limits are elevated. 3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and two-factor authentication codes. 13.4 Game Outcome Disputes.
